Welcome to Euro Tech Solutions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and website. By engaging with Euro Tech Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Euro Tech Solutions.
   
• "Client," "You," or "Your" refers to the individual or entity that purchases or uses our services.
   
• "Services" refer to IT services provided by Euro Tech Solutions, including but not limited to software development, IT consulting, cloud solutions, technical support, and maintenance.
   

We will deliver the services as outlined in a mutually agreed proposal, statement of work, or contract. Services may include:

• Software development
   
• Web and mobile application development
   
• IT consulting
   
• Technical support
   
• Cloud services
   
• Maintenance and updates
   

Any changes to the scope must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional charges.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
   
• Cooperate with us as reasonably required.
   
• Respond promptly to communications.
   
• Ensure you have appropriate rights or licenses for all content you provide.
   

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.

• All pricing will be defined in the service agreement or invoice.
   
• Payments must be made within the time frame specified (typically 7 to 30 days).
   
• Late payments may incur interest charges and/or suspension of services.
   

All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Any software, code, or deliverables developed by Euro Tech Solutions remain our property until full payment is received.
   
• Upon full payment, ownership or license rights may be transferred to the client as per the agreement.
   
• Pre-existing intellectual property remains the sole property of the original owner.
   

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services within the last 12 months.
   

We warrant that:

• Our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill.
   

We do not warrant that:

• The services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
   
• Third-party products or software will perform without fault.
   

Either party may terminate the agreement:

• With [30] days' written notice, or
   
• Immediately, for cause (e.g., breach of contract, non-payment, misuse of services).
   

Upon termination, the client must pay for services rendered up to the date of termination.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Brussels, Belgium.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, or internet outages).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
